Upon walking in the office in a state of distress all I can say is the staff were absolutely awesome to the point of making phone calls on my behalf. Broke down on the way home from Cardiff airport. Limped into Llantwit Major and found the auto centre who diagnosed the problem of a broken front near side spring which was shredding the tire. the car was too dangerous to drive and we were a long way from home.
The workshop was overloaded with work and in normal circumstances would not have been able to fit this job in for more than a week.
I phoned a friend who was not available to pick us up for over 3 hours but arranged to let us stay with people he knew in the area until he could pick us up to get us home. The garage owner and staff could not have been more helpful.
They had the parts on order within a few minutes and the owner gave us a lift to the local peoples home where we needed to stay. Even though the workshop was very busy they had the job done by the following day and at a very good price.
Brilliant, you don't get this type of service in many places these days.

Brilliant service, I needed a tire changed on a bank holiday at 11 30 AM and their closing time was at 1 PM.
They didn't have stock of the wheel I needed but the lady at reception was friendly and helpful she managed to arrange a tire to be collected, she sent a staff member to get it and replaced for me on the same day. Not even an hour later I was back on the road.
I recommend them, for service that’s difficult to match and price are unbeatable.Claude Roos
